Recently, the 2024 National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management Leading Talent Training Program successfully commenced. Leaders such as Dong Hao, Director of the Service Construction Department of the MIIT SME Bureau, Gao Yinge, Deputy Director of the Talent Work Office of the Personnel Education Department of MIIT, and Zeng Weimin, Deputy Director of the MIIT Talent Exchange Center, attended the opening ceremony.

Zhejiang Token Technology Co., Ltd. General Manager Zhang Guangyao, as a representative of the national trainee entrepreneurs, delivered a speech on behalf of the new students at the opening ceremony. He emphasized that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of the national economy. Entrepreneur students should seize the valuable learning opportunity, abide by discipline and law, be patriotic and dedicated, study the course content seriously, and fulfill the leading role in breaking through difficulties.

Over 160 outstanding entrepreneurs selected by the economic and information commissions of more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government have participated in this year’s training program. The training is carried out through various forms such as special lectures, on-site teaching, discussion seminars, and mentorship empowerment. The curriculum covers political guidance, new industrialization, digitalization of manufacturing, industrial intelligence, and green and low-carbon development, aiming to further promote the construction of talent teams in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and enhance the core competitiveness and innovation capabilities of SMEs.
